Goodbye to Euan Williamson
We are extremely sad to say goodbye to one of our singers, Euan, who has left us for bigger and better things. After an intense audition process, Euan was successfully appointed as the new second tenor in the internationally renowned super group, Voces8. Since starting in September, Euan has already performed across the UK and Germany, and is shortly flying off to the USA and Canada for the first of two tours of the States this year. We wish Euan all the very best in his new role, and will be hoping to see him perform very soon!
Welcome to the website for Voices of Hope !
Voices of Hope is one of the most sought after chamber choirs in the North East of England and the UK, led by musical director Simon Fidler. They first sang together in 2011 when they assembled for a memorial concert in aid of British Heart Foundation, and since then have gone on to perform at venues as diverse as Sage Gateshead, Alnwick Gardens, Newcastle Metro Radio Arena, and the National Railway Museum, Shildon! With a broad repertoire, which covers everything from Byrd and Tallis through to contemporary composers, they have performed a number of world premieres.
